Safety & Security

Yes, South Korea is one of the safest countries in the world with very low crime rates. Students are always accompanied by an English-speaking guide, private transport is arranged for all transfers, and all major logistics are pre-planned.

Students will be supervised by school teachers (if accompanying), professional local English-speaking guides, and ground operations team throughout the program.

South Korea has one of the best healthcare systems in Asia. Students will be taken to nearby hospitals immediately. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, and we assist in coordination with hospitals and schools.

Yes. Korea has excellent internet and mobile connectivity. Daily WhatsApp updates with photos and a 24-hour emergency hotline are provided.

Food & Dietary

Yes. Indian or similar cuisine is arranged for all lunch and dinner meals. Meal budget per meal is already included in the program ($20-30 per meal).

Yes, Halal restaurants are available in Seoul and Busan. We arrange Halal meals upon request and can also visit the Itaewon Mosque.

Yes, Jain dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice. We work with restaurants to prepare suitable meals.

Cost & Payment

South Korea is a developed country with higher infrastructure standards. The cost includes 5-8 nights hotel, all transport and entrance tickets, bullet train, guide services, and Indian meals. Most educational and logistics costs are already included.

No. Main exclusions are personal shopping, tips for guide and driver ($5/person/day), and international flight tickets. All major tour costs are included and transparent.

Confirmation deposit of 20-80% is required. Full payment is due 14 days before arrival via bank transfer.

15-30 days prior: 50% penalty. 7-15 days prior: 80% penalty. Within 7 days or no-show: 100% penalty.

Travel Logistics

Visa requirements depend on the travel date. We provide all necessary support documents for visa applications.

Valid passport (6+ months validity), visa (if required), and passport copies submitted 1-2 months early for DMZ security clearance reservation.

Spring (April-May) and Autumn (September-October) offer the best weather. Summer and winter are peak seasons with surcharges.

At least 2-3 months in advance to secure DMZ reservations, industrial visit approvals, and hotel bookings.
